江阴嘉利工贸有限公司成立于2001年，总投资6000千多万元，占地面积20000万平方米。公司现已拥有嘉利商贸有限公司、嘉利工贸（上海）分公司以及2014年投资的江阴中和包装材料有限公司。
公司是外包装材料及防震、抗压、节能、保温材料的大中型生产企业，同时又是以木粉为主原料的生物燃料重点生产基地，目前的主要产品有：胶合板托盘（栈板），刨花板托盘（栈板），复合板托盘（栈板），热处理木托盘（栈板），各种材质的包装箱、插扣箱、折叠箱， 1~4色印刷的瓦楞纸箱，纸护角，瓦楞纸盖板，用于汽车保温节能、抗震的EPP与EPO发泡产品等包装材料；该系列产品主要应用于电子、机械、造纸、化工、汽车等领域里。同时生产各种造型的生物燃料，主要用于各种大中型锅炉等燃烧物，该生物燃料燃烧后达到无烟无尘，无任何废气、废物排放，燃烧后的残渣是农作物很好的天然肥料。
公司通过ISO9000、ISO14001等体系认证，成功的获得了“安全生产标准化管理”认证。
公司是中国物流与采购联合会托盘专业委员会常务理事，是中国包装材料专业委员会成员，参入制定包装材料及托盘方面的行业标准。

Jiangyin Jiali Packing Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 year, has a total investment of more than 60 million yuan, covering an area of 200 million square meters. The company now has a number of subsidiaries: Jiali Trading Co., Ltd., Jiali Industry Trading (Shanghai) Branch, and Jiangyin Zhonghe Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. invested and established in 2014.
The company is a large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise of packaging materials as well as shockproof, compression, energy saving, and insulation materials; it is also a key production base for wood flour-based biofuels. The main products include: plywood trays (pallets), particleboard trays (pallets), composite board trays (pallets), heat-treated wooden trays (pallets), crates, buckle boxes and folding cartons of various materials, 1 ~ 4 color printed corrugated boxes, paper corners, corrugated paper cover plates, EPO and EPP foam products and other packaging materials for thermal insulation, energy saving and shock resistance of automobiles; the products are mainly used in electronics, machinery, paper making, chemical, automotive and other fields. It also produces biofuels of different modelings, and other combustion products used mainly for medium and large boilers. After combustion, the biofuels reach the standards of being smoke-free, clean, without waste gases or waste emissions; the crop residues after combustion are good natural fertilizers.
